Michele joined XpanseHR in 2015. A dynamic HR consultant, Michele possesses a diverse background supporting companies of various sizes and industries, including non-profit, healthcare, technology, education, manufacturing, museum & arts, and real estate. With over 30 years of HR expertise across all facets of HR, Michele is able to quickly understand, support, and impact client culture and business operations.
As Manager of HR Client Services, Michele is responsible for leading XpanseHR’s service delivery teams in providing outsourced and project-based HR solutions. She is also responsible for managing her own portfolio of clients, where she provides strategic guidance and support on high-level HR issues, including recruitment, benefits negotiation and planning, workforce planning, leave management, succession planning, foundation building, and more. Working closely with the leadership team, Michele also plays a critical role in resource planning and allocation across the firm and actively supports the firm’s business development activities.
Michele holds a degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from Syracuse University, as well as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from SHRM. Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found entertaining, cooking, gardening, and working on refinishing and repurposing projects around the house.
