Lauren Naylor, Esq.

Lauren Naylor, Esq., SHRM-SCP, partners with clients to develop compensation strategies and solutions that advance their organization’s short- and long-term goals, complement their culture and value set, and drive individual and team performance. She works with management and HR leadership to design base pay and variable pay plans that are externally competitive against the broader market and internally equitable.

In addition to pay structure planning and development services, Lauren advises clients on regulatory matters impacting their programs and practices, from the latest FLSA changes to IRS Code updates affecting executive benefits offerings. Lauren also works with clients to address hot issues in compensation, including pay equity, pay transparency, living wage analysis, performance management, benefits equity, and supplemental benefits.

Prior to her work within compensation, Lauren practiced law and provided representation to a broad cross-section of business, nonprofit, and association clients. Lauren earned a J.D. from Delaware Law School in 2007 and a B.A. from Shippensburg University in 2003.
