Prior to joining XpanseHR, Lauren King, SHRM-CP, worked in the energy, engineering and healthcare sectors. In her previous roles, she worked as an HR generalist, handling various HR functions such as employee relations, policy development and compliance, talent acquisition and onboarding, and performance management.
In her role as HR Consultant, Lauren not only provides both tactical and strategic support to clients across all HR areas but also oversees the delivery of outsourced and project-based solutions within the XpanseHR team. Drawing on her expertise and commitment to exceptional service, Lauren collaborates closely with client organizations to ensure they receive the HR support and solutions needed for their success.
Lauren holds an undergraduate degree in political science and a master’s degree in human resource development from Villanova University. She also holds a Certified Professional (CP) certification from SHRM. In her spare time, Lauren finds enjoyment in gardening, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her fiancé and dog.
