Jaime Maltese serves as a Senior HR Associate, bringing a varied background in Human Resources that spans the education, healthcare, and consulting sectors. Over the course of her career, Jaime has refined her HR skills in generalist and management roles, with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding, policy development and compliance, benefits management, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
In her current position at XpanseHR, Jaime plays a key role in delivering both tactical and strategic HR support to clients. By leveraging her HR and collaborative skills, Jaime engages closely with clients, bringing a people-centric approach to help them overcome HR challenges and build a high-performing workforce.
Jaime’s academic background includes an undergraduate degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Arcadia University. She holds a Certified Professional (CP) certification from SHRM and a Business Analytics Certification from Harvard Business School. She is also an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) local chapter. In her previous roles, Jaime served as an adjunct professor and advisor, focusing on providing career development and success guidance to individuals.
In her spare time, Jaime enjoys spending time with her two teenage children, reading, and enjoying the outdoors through hiking, wake surfing, camping, and road trips.
