Twenty years ago, when I co-founded what would one day become XpanseHR, I did so with a simple vision: to deliver practical workplace guidance and expertise to small and mid-sized businesses.
Having worked for many years as an HR executive in larger corporations, I witnessed first-hand many smaller companies that lacked knowledgeable and professional HR expertise.
Because Human Resources is the driving force behind every organization’s success – powering their employees’ happiness, engagement, productivity, and overall performance – I set out to use my expertise to help organizations with their HR and people management needs.
Today we have grown into a team of service-driven, knowledgeable, and passionate HR professionals who are on a simple but powerful mission: to help companies of all sizes better find, manage, and develop their greatest asset – their people.
As reflected in our name, we are here to provide expanded wisdom, expertise, and our unique HR capabilities to businesses looking to improve their HR programs.
