Jeff Green is the founder and President of XpanseHR.
A consummate HR leader, Jeff spent his early career managing the HR operations within various large corporations. During this time, he saw that many small and mid-sized businesses lacked the breadth and depth of HR resources available to larger companies. With an entrepreneurial drive, Jeff set out to build an HR services firm that would provide businesses with practical workplace guidance and expertise. That firm, which he co-founded over 20 years ago, helped lay the foundation for XpanseHR.
Today, Jeff leverages his over 30 years of experience in strategic HR Management to lead Xpanse’s team of talented professionals in helping clients align their people strategies with their critical business objectives. With a business philosophy deeply rooted in the principles of integrity, wisdom, and compassion, Jeff and the XpanseHR team provide expanded wisdom, expertise and unique HR capabilities to support the development and success of each client and their employees.
As President of XpanseHR, Jeff works closely with the management team to oversee the long-term growth and profitability of the organization through strategic planning, business development, and sales and marketing initiatives. He also provides strategic advice and guidance to business leaders and HR executives, as well as coaching and professional development support to the XpanseHR team.
Jeff holds an M.B.A. in General & Strategic Management and a B.B.A. degree with a dual major in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance, both from the Temple University Fox School of Business Management. As a thought leader within the industry, Jeff participates in speaking and writing engagements for various organizations, lending his expertise and knowledge on a variety of HR and people management topics.
