Tara brings over 15 years of marketing and communications expertise, encompassing digital and print media, social media strategy, event management, email marketing, and brand development.
In her role as Manager of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives, she spearheads the firm’s marketing strategy, ensuring that its brand and value proposition resonate effectively within target markets. Collaborating closely with leadership, business development, and client service teams, Tara aligns marketing efforts with strategic objectives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. Additionally, she leads special projects and firm-wide initiatives, overseeing everything from planning and execution to risk management.
Tara holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in English, with a concentration in business communications. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family and pets and exploring the great outdoors.
