Tara possesses over 15 years of marketing and communications experience. Over the course of her career, she has worked in digital and print communications, social media marketing, event management, marketing campaign development, email marketing, graphic design, and brand development and alignment.

As Manager of Marketing & Strategic Initiatives, Tara collaborates with leadership and business development to conceptualize, implement, and execute the firm’s marketing strategy, fostering brand awareness within the business community. Beyond this, she plays a key role in planning, organizing, and executing firm-wide strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth.

Tara holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in English, with a focus on business communications. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, and can often be found reading and spending time outdoors.
