Pamela Whitt is a seasoned HR Consultant at XpanseHR, bringing over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources across a variety of industries. As a results-driven HR leader, she specializes in HR strategy, leadership development, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and organizational transformation.
With a strong background in both corporate and global HR functions, Pamela has successfully led HR start-ups, guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions, developed executive leadership programs, and led strategic workforce planning initiatives. Her ability to align HR best practices with business objectives enables her to help client organizations enhance employee engagement, improve talent acquisition and retention, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Rosemont College and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
