Kristin joined XpanseHR in 2006. She possesses over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, having worked within various industries in corporate, non-profit, union and non-union environments. A seasoned HR generalist, Kristin has worked across multiple HR functional areas throughout her career, including employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, compensation and performance management, talent acquisition and policy development.
As Manager of HR Client Services, Kristin is responsible for leading XpanseHR’s service delivery teams in providing outsourcing and project-based solutions. She is also responsible for managing her own portfolio of clients, where she leverages her extensive expertise to provide high-level guidance and support that helps drive her clients’ HR and business objectives forward. Working closely with the leadership team, Kristin also plays an integral role in resource planning and allocation across the firm and actively supports the firm’s business development activities.
Kristin holds an undergraduate degree in English from the College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found hiking, traveling, and on the sidelines watching her children play sports.
