Erika is the Director of Executive Search at XpanseHR, where she leads and continues to grow the firm’s Talent Acquisition and Executive Search practice. With over 16 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy, Erika is responsible for shaping the practice’s strategic direction, expanding service offerings, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery for clients across industries.

Known for her thoughtful, consultative approach, Erika partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to design and execute executive and leadership-level recruitment strategies that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term organizational growth. She brings deep expertise in executive search, competency-based interviewing, and building diverse, high-impact talent pipelines.

Erika’s background spans both corporate and agency recruiting environments, giving her a well-rounded perspective on talent markets, hiring challenges, and scalable recruitment solutions. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations including Walmart, Reliance Standard Life Insurance, Prudential Advisors, and Contemporary Staffing Solutions to support leadership hiring, optimize recruiting processes, and advance diversity-focused talent strategies.

Erika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Morgan State University and is a proud HBCU alumna. Passionate about the evolving role of talent acquisition, she is committed to continuous learning and to building recruitment practices that deliver meaningful, lasting business outcomes.
