Dennis joined XpanseHR in 2015. He is a seasoned compensation professional with over 20 years of experience in providing innovative compensation program design, implementation, and management to businesses of all sizes and across all industries.
As Director of XpanseHR’s Compensation Practice, Dennis provides clients with program strategy and design that helps align their compensation initiatives with their overall business objectives. His work spans all areas of Compensation Program Management, including Market Pricing, Pay Equity, Salary Structures, Executive Compensation, FLSA Compliance, Performance Management programs, Compensation Trainings and more.
Dennis often participates as a speaker in various industry webinars and roundtables, lending his expertise and insights into the latest compensation issues and trends. A big proponent of compensation education, Dennis is committed to helping organizations recognize and reward the work of their employees in a way that is fair, and empowers everyone to reach their full potential.
Dennis holds a degree in Psychology from the State University of New York and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and can often be found swimming, exercising, and playing music.
