Amber joined XpanseHR in 2023. She possesses over 10 years of experience working within both the for profit and non-profit sectors. Throughout her career, Amber has worked closely with diverse populations and employers in career development, recruitment, onboarding and training, performance and leave management, and process improvement.
As Senior HR Associate, Amber partners with clients to provide tactical and strategic HR support and service. Leveraging her expertise and passion for helping to build and sustain fair and equitable workplaces, Amber works closely with client organizations to provide support, improve efficiencies, and bridge knowledge gaps across HR.
Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Management. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and can often be found watching her boys play soccer, enjoying new restaurants, and planning international travel.
