Albert possesses over 20 years of Human Resources experience within non-profit, for-profit and corporate environments. Over the course of his career, he has helped guide businesses on talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, safety and health, policy implementation, and employment law compliance.
As HR Consultant, Albert provides strategic outsourcing and project-based HR solutions. He leverages his extensive expertise to provide total HR support to clients, including strategic planning, policy development, and day-to-day HR activities, with the ultimate goal of supporting his clients’ missions and helping them reach their business objectives.
Albert holds a degree in Human Resources Management and a Certified Professional (CP) certification from SHRM. Outside of work, Albert enjoys being active outdoors, and can often be found on the beach, enjoying a good show on Netflix, and spending time with his family, friends, and cats.
