XpanseHR is pleased to announce the successful placement of Daniel Bartnik as President of The Charter School of Wilmington (CSW), a nationally recognized public charter high school known for academic excellence and leadership in STEM education.
Selected to lead this executive search, XpanseHR worked closely with CSW’s Board of Directors to identify a visionary leader rooted in the community and aligned with the school’s mission and values.
The search was led by Erika Dunkley, an accomplished executive recruiter and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at XpanseHR. As a driving force behind the firm’s Executive Search practice, Erika brings deep expertise in leadership placement, a strategic approach to recruitment, and a proven track record of guiding complex searches for mission-driven organizations.
“From the outset, we knew CSW needed a leader who not only brought strong credentials, but also a deep understanding of the charter landscape and a clear commitment to advancing the school’s legacy,” said Dunkley. “Dan Bartnik embodies all of that and more.”
Bartnik brings over two decades of experience in public education and charter school leadership, with a track record of driving innovation, improving student achievement, and building inclusive school communities. His leadership will be instrumental as CSW embarks on its next phase of growth and academic excellence.
This placement highlights XpanseHR’s expanding capabilities in executive and leadership recruitment and is one of the first major engagements supported by the firm’s newly formed Talent Acquisition and Executive Search Practice.
“We are proud to partner with education institutions like CSW to help them build leadership teams that shape the future,” said Jeff Green, Founder and CEO of XpanseHR. “Our growing executive search practice reflects our commitment to strategic, values-driven hiring at the highest levels.”
